THE FOLLOWING WILL BE DRAFTED AND INCLUDED IN THE TREATY FOR AMERICAN FINANCIAL LIBERATION BILL

1^st: SOLUTION TO END THE MORTGAGE CRISIS

Solution (A1): Every existing mortgage is to be paid off in full by a Stimulus Bill; the bill shall demand the money used in tarp funds and bailouts be repaid in full or as much as the companies can afford without laying off jobs, in no less than two months. If the required amount to carry out this out is not fully collected in time, then fresh funds will be allotted to fully meet the required amount. The money still owed to the American people from the companies who borrowed will still be repaid.

Side effects of solution (A1):

· HOUSE FORECLOSURE WILL CEASE.

· FAMILIES WILL HAVE EXTRA INCOME TO STIMULATE THE ECONOMY.

· ALL LOANS GIVEN TO FAMILIES BY BANKS WILL BE PAID IN FULL; AFFECTIVELY RELIEVING ANY LOSS OF REVENUE FOR THE BANKS.

· JOBS MAY BE LOST WHEN PRIVATE BANKS LOSE BUSINESS; THUSLY, PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST JOBS IN THIS WAY WILL BE PICKED FIRST TO WORK FOR THE NEW RESERVOIR BANKS AS MENTIONED IN THIS TREATY.

· STATES AND COMMUNITIES WILL HAVE MORE MONEY FOR IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT.

2^nd: SOLUTION TO END AND PAY OFF AMERICAS DEBT

Solution (A): The Federal Reserve Bank is to be closed and dismantled. In the rule of law it is not a part of the federal government and has no constitutional privileges that it so readily uses, such as: Regulating and Printing the currency for the United States of America, and taxing the American people for any money that they worked for. An investigation on criminal acts is to be conducted on every person working for the Federal Reserve Bank. The responsibility of printing and regulating America’s currency will then be given back to the United States government as described in the constitution of the United States of America.

Side effects of solution (A):

· THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN WILL NO LONGER OWE INTEREST TO THE PRIVATE CORPORATION CALLED “THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK”; DRAMATICALLY DECREASING THE NATIONAL DEBT.

· THE POWER TO CREATE WEALTH WILL BE SPREAD MORE EVENLY AND PROVIDE MORE BALANCED, SOUND JUDGMENT, ALONG WITH DECISIONS BEING UNDER THE SCRUTINY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, THUSLY SAVING NEEDLESS AND WASTEFUL SPENDING IN THE FUTURE.

Solution (B): All troops and American run military operations overseas are to be brought back to the motherland for defense and protection in our own waters.

Side effects of solution (B):

· UPON RETURN OF ALL OVERSEAS AMERICAN MILITARY PERSONNEL AND OPERATIONS, HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS WILL BE SAVED EVERY YEAR.

Solution (C): The national legalization of Marijuana and its production. Marijuana will become the new “cotton”, it will become Americas cash crop as it is better than cotton in every way, and can be used for all the same things and more.

Side effects of solution (C):

· HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN REVENUE TO STATES AND GOVERNMENT EVERY YEAR.

· IT WILL TAKE AWAY VIRTUALLY ALL CRIME AND DRUG RELATED OFFENSES, AS WELL AS TAKING AWAY THE WEALTH FROM DRUG LORDS AND COLLAPSING ANY POWER THAT THEY HAD IN THEIR REGION/AREA.

· AMERICA WILL BECOME A GLOBAL LEADER IN INDUSTRIAL HEMP PRODUCTS THAT ARE PROVEN TO BE MORE DURABLE THAN COTTON, MEDICINAL, AND PROVIDE MORE PROFIT AS THE PRODUCTS CREATED WILL BE UNIQUE TO AMERICA.

· IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT MARIJUANA IS ONE OF THE MOST HARDY, EASILY GROWN PLANTS IN THE PLANT KINGDOM; THUSLY SAVING MONEY IN WATER AND LAND EXPENSES FOR GOVERNMENT, STATES, AND FARMERS.

· IT WILL PROVIDE A GROWING SOURCE OF INCOME FOR AMERICANS, ALONG WITH CREATING MILLIONS OF JOBS IN THE MANUFACTURING SECTOR TO MAKE HEMP PRODUCTS.

· IT WILL HELP IN DOZENS UPON DOZENS OF MEDICAL DISEASES AND ISSUES, PREVENTING SOME DISEASES AND HELPING HEAL OTHERS; THUSLY, DRASTICALLY LOWERING THE COST OF THE MEDICAL SYSTEM, LOWERING THE NEED FOR PEOPLE TO BUY PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS AND CUTTING EXPENSES FOR PEOPLE.

· IT WILL VASTLY IMPROVE NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH, INCLUDING A DRASTIC DECREASE IN STRESS, DEPRESSION, CRIME, HATE, SUICIDES, AND ANGER.

· IT WILL CREATE A MORE UNIFIED, LOVING, ACCEPTING POPULACE, ALLOWING FOR INCREASED COOPERATION IN ALL AREAS OF SOCIETY: WORKPLACE, SOCIAL GATHERINGS, THE ARTS, THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY, STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DISCUSSIONS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FAMILY ENVIRONMENTS.

· COOPERATION AND GOODWILL WILL DRASTICALLY SAVE MONEY IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND STATE/GOVERNMENT RUN ORGANIZATIONS SET UP TO REGULATE CRIMES OR PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE THINGS THAT MARIJUANA WOULD ALLEVIATE.

· IT WILL SPREAD GOOD WILL ACROSS THE GLOBE AND FOSTER MORE COOPERATION THROUGHOUT THE WORLD; THUSLY SAVING MORE EXPENSES.

Solution (D): New production plants of electric vehicles are to be built. New plants for alternative technology are to be built. The technology picked to develop for the infrastructure will be decided in part by a public vote, and a vote by scientists, designers, engineers, and experts in all areas of alternative technology, infrastructure, ecology, biology, product development, economists, social science, ect. Each team/group that presents an invention/idea/product/solution that wants to participate in the “National Technology Development Project” has the unalienable right to do so.

There is no restriction on how many persons constitute a team/group. There are no requirements for how funded an invention/idea must be. An idea/invention does need to be accurately documented to function by either providing a workable prototype, or by sound math and science schematics/blueprints. No company or participant is allowed to spend money on advertisement of any kind for their own idea/invention. Fair and accurate coverage of every participants and idea will be given despite political or economic wealth or power. The coverage each project will be broad cast over the internet live, or be archived in a data base for the public to view at any time. The videos are to be made by the participants. If information is intentionally skewed or false, the participants involved with the project will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The videos documenting projects are to be no less and no more than 10 minutes long, a succinct and accurate overview of the idea/invention is to be given; the video must cover: what the idea does, what is the ecological impact of production and use, in what way is it an improvement for society, how much would it cost to produce and sell, and how practical/aesthetically pleasing it will be for the visual landscape of society.

The winners of the competition will be provided full grants to put their ideas/invention into full action across the nation.

Side effects of Solution (D):

· WILL PROVIDE AN INCREASE IN PUBLIC AWARENESS OF SUSTAINABILITY, NATIONAL MORAL, NATIONAL CREATIVITY, AND NATIONAL INTEREST IN EDUCATION FROM YOUTH.

· JOBS WILL BE CREATED BY INDUSTRY CREATED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THE WINNING CONTESTANTS’ IDEAS/INVENTION; THUSLY PROVIDING MORE CASH FLOW, LESS UNEMPLOYMENT, AND ULTIMATELY A HIGHER STANDARD OF LIVING FOR ORDINARY AMERICANS.

· WILL SET AMERICA AS THE WORLD LEADER IN ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION; THUSLY BOOSTING MORE AMERICAN PRIDE; THUSLY MAKING A MORE DEVOTED AND PRODUCTIVE POPULACE.

*All the above mentioned solutions are to be executed in whatever order would be deemed appropriate by the president of the United States. All solutions are to be done. None are to be left out or altered. The lettered order of the solutions does not indicate level of importance and may not be used as an excuse to deny, put off, or deem less important than any other solution.

TREATY OF BANKS FOR THE PEOPLE

I. Banks are to be created for each state and in each city/ town where a portion of total tax revenue from each state/city/town goes to be stored. No portion of that money may be used for the banks, states, or federal governments’ investment without the vote and consent of the people of the state/community where the bank resides.

II. The name of the state bank that is to gather a portion of tax revenue from every resident of the given state will be called “(STATE) RESERVOIR BANK”. A (state) reservoir bank is to be located in every city/town. This bank will have funds available for any state wide projects or to provide loans to people in cities/towns that petition for use of the funds. Funds petitioned and granted in this way will have to be paid back with no interest rates added. Mayors may not petition for use of the (state) reservoir bank for city/town projects without the vote and consent of the populace of said city/town.

III. The name of the city/town bank that is to gather a portion of tax revenue only from residents residing in the said city/town will be called “RESERVOIR BANK OF (CITY/TOWN)”. The city/town run reservoir banks stored funds cannot be used, taken over, or diverted by the state or federal government in any way shape or form without the vote and consent of the said city/town. Only the mayor of the said city/town has the jurisdiction to allocate funds. The mayor of the said city/town may not allocate funds in the reservoir bank of (city/town) without the vote and consent of the populace.

IV. The money stored in (state) reservoir banks will be used to give residents of the state/city/town, loans that will have no interest attached.

V. To add the taxes required to follow the TREATY OF BANKS FOR THE PEOPLE STIMULUS BILL a tax of equal or higher value must then be discarded.

VI. Every resident of the city/town were the reservoir bank of (city/town) resides would have an unrestricted, non-taxed, lump-sum portion of the stored tax dollars to be used as the person sees fit. Residents may only have this lump-sum portion from the city/town run reservoir bank. The amount allotted to every resident will vary depending on the amount available or limited, depending on if pools were allotted for projects in the city/town were the reservoir bank resides.

VII. “POOLS” refer to portions of incoming tax revenue set aside to build up sufficient enough funds for a project that was voted by the populace. Pools of incoming tax dollars may be saved for city/town projects but only with the vote and consent of the populace; as pools would lessen the amount of tax revenue incoming for each individual’s ability to take out loans, or to grow their lump sum portion the following year.

VIII. (State) reservoir banks may have pools for projects. Projects must have the vote and consent of the people in the said state.

IX. (State) reservoir banks WILL NOT use already saved funds allocated to giving out of loans to residents of the state.

X. To make voting on pool projects or allocation of funds in reservoir banks more streamlined, a committee of 7 people will represent each city/town by vote. The committee will not have a salary in any way shape or form. The people that the committee members represent have the unalienable power to replace any member with a better suited individual by telephone, online, or ballet vote. The committee will be named “THE PEOPLES COMMITTEE OF GOODWILL”.

XI. Requirements for POOL PROJECTS:

1) THE PROJECT MUST CUT COSTS FOR THE STATE AND POPULACE WITHIN A YEAR AND LONG TERM.

2) THE PROJECT MUST: IMPORVE, STREAMLINE, BENIFITE HEALTH (EITHER MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY), BEAUTIFY, MAKE EASIER TO OPERATE, SAVE MONEY LONG TERM, PROVIDE A SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE THAT WILL IMPROVE THEIR WAY OF LIFE WITHIN A YEAR AFTER COMPLETION AND LONG TERM, AND BE AS ECO-FIRENDLY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

3) RULE 1& 2 MUST BE FOLLOWED BOTH IN REPAIRING, CUSTOMIZING, OR IMPROVING AN ALREADY BUILT SYSTEM; IF IT IS DONE BY FUNDS OF EITHER STATE OR CITY/TOWN RESERVOIR BANKS. NO REPAIRING, CUSTOMIZING, OR IMPROVING MAY BE DONE WITH RESERVOIR BANK DOLLARS WITHOUT A VOTE BY THE RESIDENTS OF THE STATE/CITY/TOWN.

4) THE PROJECT MUST BE PUBLICLY SHOWN TO DO THE STATED THINGS AS REQUIRED BY RULES 1, 2, AND 3. EXPERTS TRUSTED AND WITH A RECORD OF OUTSTANDING WORK MUST BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIE OF STATE/FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND MUST HAVE NO POLITICAL OR PERSONAL TIES TO GOVERNMENT/STATE SENATORS, LAW MAKERS, OR OFFICIALS.

5) EXPERTS HELPING IN THE VERIFICATION/DESIGN OF POOL PROJECTS MAY PICK ONE OF TWO PAYMENT METHODS:

      A) AN APPROPRIATE LUMP SUM DECIDED AT THE PROJECTS INCEPTION AND GIVEN AT ITS COMPLETION.

      B) GIVEN A PERCENTAGE OF THE REVENUES SAVED BY THE EXPERTS DESIGN MONTHLY OVER 4 YEARS.
